Human intention,
amplified by AI.
Hi, I'm Elias Ricardo, a Senior Product Designer and UX Engineer.

SELECTED WORK
// 01 — 07EmailFlow Pro
Email production at Serasa Experian was bottlenecked by manual HTML coding. I mapped the workflow, designed a visual builder, and engineered the React interface that reduced campaign build time from about 80 minutes to 10–20.

ilevar
A live classroom platform shaped from research and interaction design through design tokens, reusable interfaces, and WebRTC implementation. The experience brings video, interactive activities, and progress into one coherent product surface.
Streaming Platform
A streaming experience designed and engineered with accessible controls, a documented design system, and a focus on making content easier to discover and use for older adults.
Support Queue
Customer support lacked a triage system, leaving all tickets in a single pool. I researched pain points, designed the priority model and interface, and reduced average wait times by 22%.
Ranking Engine
An EdTech gamification system shaped through research, user journeys, and interface design, then implemented around real-time leaderboard behavior, SSR, and caching.
ChatAI Ecosystem
Reading docs only gets you so far. I designed and built a multimodal AI sandbox to master and de-risk token streaming and model orchestration before client work.
Carousel AI Generator
An AI-powered design tool that turns long-form text and ideas into structured, high-conversion multi-slide social carousels with instant theme switching and responsive preview.
// ABOUT THE WORK
Design thinking that makes it to production.
I started in product design and gradually moved closer to implementation. Over the years, I found that my best work happens between design and engineering — understanding the user problem, shaping the interaction, building the system behind the interface, and working with engineers to ship it. That's what led me to UX Engineering.
I work across LATAM, the US, and Europe. AI is part of my toolkit for prototyping and workflow automation, but the responsibility stays human: make the problem clearer, the interface more useful, and the implementation more resilient.
